A BIM studio led by architects.
Sactik is a team of architects and BIM specialists in Ahmedabad, India. We build detailed models for architects, engineers and contractors around the world, so their projects are checked on screen before they are built.
Our story
Architects who chose BIM.
Sactik was founded in Ahmedabad in 2017 by Sachin and Jasmita Devaliya. Sachin brought two decades of architectural practice across the USA, India, Australia, London and the UAE, and a belief that the best models come from people who have designed and built.
That background shapes how we work. We read drawings as architects do, we ask the questions a site team would ask, and we build models that the next person in the chain can actually use.
We work as an extension of our clients’ teams: building the model, running the checks and handing over files that fit their standards.

Sachin Devaliya
Director
Two decades of architectural practice across the USA, India, Australia, London and the UAE. A civil engineering graduate (Delhi University) and certified in Autodesk Revit Architecture. Co-founded Sactik in Ahmedabad in 2017.
Jasmita Devaliya
Founder
Leads the company's direction and client relationships, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and a culture of collaboration across the team.

Combines architectural design with BIM process management: leads the modeling team and keeps every project to the client's standards.
