What we collect

• Details you give us in the enquiry form: your name, work email, company, role, country, the services you need, a link to your files and your message.
• If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the details you share in doing so.
• If you accept analytics cookies, anonymous usage data about how the site is used.

Why we use it

We use your enquiry details to reply to you, scope and quote the work, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your data and we do not use your enquiry for marketing unless you ask us to.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without cookies. If a Google Tag Manager container is configured, analytics and advertising storage stay switched off until you choose Accept in the banner. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Who else sees it

The form is processed by our hosting provider (Netlify Forms) so we can receive it by email. If analytics are enabled, Google processes usage data under your consent choice. We share files only with the people who need them to do the work, and under the NDA you ask for.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as is needed to deal with the request and any resulting project, and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. Tell us if you want them deleted sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, to object to our using it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Email connect@sp-acecrafts.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If we change this policy we will update this page.
